For orders going to the US, we offer economical shipping. These usually take 3-7 days to arrive. Optionally, you can upgrade to USPS priority mail, which typically arrive anywhere in the US in 2-3 days.
For international orders, packages typically arrive in 6-10 business days once they’ve been shipped out, but there have been significant delays shipping internationally in the past.
All shipping options include tracking. Currently, we use USPS and UPS.

Can I pick up an order at the store?
Yes! You can order online and choose the local pickup delivery method instead of filling in your shipping address. If that is not working for you, you can use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout.
Most orders are ready within 4 hours, but you will have two weeks to pick up an order before it is automatically canceled and refunded.
What countries do you ship to?
Right now, we ship to the US, Canada, and Australia, but we plan to add more countries in the future.
How long does it take orders to be shipped?
Usually, orders will be packed and dropped in the post within 3 business days of the order, unless your order is flagged as fraud by our system. If it is flagged, we will cancel your order and process a refund immediately.
How often is the stock updated?
We update our stock as our initial stock is depleted. Because of this, it’s a bit difficult to give an exact timeline for restock, but you can hop on our mailing list for updates!
Do you do preorders?
Yep. You can visit our Preorders tab to see items currently available for preorder. Since preorders will only be up on that tab until preorders close, check back often to make sure you don't miss anything!
Will you ever get sold out items back in stock?
We will not be re-ordering out sold out stock unless specifically requested. If there is something you would like that is sold out please reach out to us and we can see if we can help you.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping?
If there is a problem with your package and you think it may be lost or damaged, please contact us. We send out all packages with insurance for the full cost of the shipment as well as with signature confirmation.
We can not guarantee replacement of any purchased products or refunds for lost or damaged goods.
A claim on lost or damaged shipments can be made with the USPS or UPS tracking information. A refund issued from us will only occur in the result that we process the claim on your behalf, and then refund the order once funds have been returned under the insurance policy.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
